Welcome! header

*Please Read This First*
After a long process of tagging, tag-backing, and back-tagging, I believe that I've finally got a comprehensive list of my watchers all in one journal. I've been meaning to do this for awhile now, and this game finally gave me a good excuse to get off my tail and get something done. I only listed the artists/watchers who are active and/or haven't had this game done to them half to death all ready. I don't seriously expect most of the people listed in this journal to carry the tag forward, but that's actually quite all right, considering the opportunity this has all given me.

I would like to ask you to please read this journal and my impressions on the majority of the lovely people who watch me, chat with me, and comment on my art while continuing to produce marvelous works of their own. You may find some artists that you didn't know about, so I would hope that you jump over to their page so that you can learn more and pay them the proper respect that they all deserve.

Thank you so very much to all of my present, past, and future watchers and vistors :)

I'll be pushing this journal back soon, so that my page doesn't take forever and a day to load for folks, but I'll keep it linked. I do hope that this game carries on, but, for now, I have to decisively say that I'm out of people to tag and therefore done with the game.

I've been tagged by :iconshinypika23:, and it's something of a twist on the "Post 10 Facts about yourself" journal. Here are the rules:

1. Post 10 random facts about the person who tagged you.
2. Tags should be in a journal/ blog.
3. At the end of the post, state 4 people who you would like to tag and name them.
4. Go to their page and leave a comment telling them they're tagged

Folks don't have to do this if they don't want to, so don't feel pressured just because I tag you, okay? ;) Oh, and if you want to do this without being tagged, go right ahead!

Without further ado, the facts on :iconshinypika23:

1. He's a huge fan of the Pokemon games and cartoons.

2. He's not a big fan of the Digimon games, but seems to like the cartoon well enough :)

3. His favorite pokemon is pickachu (Okay, okay, I promise I'll try harder on the other facts)

4. His characters on the DTA and PTA forums are always trying to get others to tickle them, even if they have to act like they don't like it sometimes.

5. He roleplays a lot, though he's more interested in persona play than developing a complex background story for each and every character he wants to play.

6. He can write stories and is apparrently very good at it, but he can't draw.

7. He owns a Wii and is waiting for Smash Brothers Brawl with baited breath.

8. He wears glasses, I'm pretty sure

9. He added me after I'd joined the DTA forum, and had apparently heard of me elsewhere before.

10. His age is always something that I can never keep straight.

*As an edit, I've aparrently been tagged by two other friends ;) I'll do them here and add a few more folk to my 'tagged' list, but I'm not going to add eight more people, if you're wondering, hehe*

Here's :iconsorcererlance:

1. He's shorter than me in RL, though his characters are all more human sized and taller than mine ;) See? [link] .
2. He's incredibly funny and can somehow make a joke out of any situation when others are feeling down.
3. He has a near encyclopedic knowledge of cartoons and voice actors.
4. He can do a great impression of the Oriental "Hot Pockets!" guy that hasn't been in commericals for quite some time. It's actually kind of scary how well he can mimic the voice O_o
5. Both the character and the artist have that yellow shirt, blue jeans combo that I think only they can pull off. I can't imagine Fox in anything else.
6. When Fox became an adult, his first act of adulthood seemed to be letting his hair grow out.
7. He really likes Smash Brothers and his best character is, you guessed it: Fox ;)
8. He's engaged to :iconacronasilverfox:, and I wish them the best.
9. He's really good friends with :iconcandlegirl: and her crew.
10. He seems to be most comfortable with the comic style of art, which I believe he may have gotten from reading Archie's Sonic the Hedgehog Comics.

And another. Mr. :iconlechensko:

1. I have no idea what his name means or where it comes from, but it's the last name of all of his RP characters.
2. He plays a Charmander and a Guilmon in RPs, and I believe they're also his favorite characters from their respective shows.
3. Though he's a fan of digimon, I'm pretty sure that he's never played any of the games ;)
4. He really likes tennis, which is something that we have in common.
5. He really DISlikes the Williams sisters, which is something that we don't have in common ;P
6. He lives in Austrailia, but I'm not entirely sure which city it is. He also lives in a beautiful area that he occasionally goes out and looks at.
7. He started watching me after I joined the DTA, a forum that he's a major part of.
8. He really likes tickling and making machines to suit that purpose.
9. He's more of an artist of words (writer) than an artist of visual works.
10. He's been saving up for a massive gaming computer, which I believe he has by now. And to show off the power of his machine and mine, we decided to play a game of Yahoo! Chess...

Here's the final individual who's tagged me >_>
:iconlxnvk:
1. He started watching me after I joined the DTA, like most of the other frequent posters there.
2. He really like James Bond movies, but has not read the books. (tsk tsk... ;) )
3. His RP characters seem to all be one single character named Alex that is pretty much the Digimon/Pokemon equivalent of a young James Bond.
4. He is aparrently from Slovenia, and the first online friend I've made from there.
5. He plays Pokemon Pearl infrequently and really wants a certain legendary pokemon.
6. He's on SecondLife, along with most of the crew from the DTA, but doesn't seem to play there quite as often as the others.
7. He has no drawing abilities to speak of, or at least he's never posted up any art, but he has some skill in writing, as can be seen in his Roleplaying.
8. He's the type that plays off most any mistake or loss as being ';planned' or intended ;)
9. He speaks incredible English for it not being his native tongue. I've almost never misunderstood him in online conversation.
10. He is the moderator of the DTA forum. Basic, but true :)

As for tagged people, I choose...

:iconkyledragon: - An amazing online friend, with a great deal of patience, that's pushed me to write and build up my own world and characters, and to take pride in my work. He's someone I've always found I can chat with about nearly anything, and someone who's advice seems to be given with great concern for his friends.

:iconrunde: - One of the nicest and most staggeringly humble artists I've ever met. His renditions of my characters actually served to help me finalize aspects of their design that have really stuck, and he always seems to treat each drawing with great detail and precision, never slopping a piece together to just get it done or over with.

:iconreallymightbegone: - I actually don't remember how we first met, but I'm glad that we did :) RMBG has an amazing personality and care for his characters and story. It's always inspiring to see how he can get inside the head of his character Bao, and equally flattering when gives the same deep consideration to my own characters. He's also someone who truly puts his friends and loved ones before himself, no matter what. That's a trait to admire.

:iconcandlegirl: - One of the artists who led me to DA and simply an all around great person ;) Firebird's been a real inspiration to me for pushing the personality in my characters and standing up for my own artistic and personal statements. What's even more impressive is that, no matter how popular she gets, she always has something nice to say about every person who takes the time to appreciate her art.

:icondeckardcanine: - He always seems to have something nice to say about my art, especially art of Paula and Anne, and I always appreciate that :) He also is a funny comic artist that seems to have a taste for Calvin & Hobbes in terms of design. His respect for his parents and friends is also something rare and beautiful.

:icondingopatagonico: - Believe it or not, when I first saw this artist's style, I was certain that we were some kind of kindred spirits in the art world. I don't have the same appreciation with planes that he does, but we both have a steadily growing cast of characters and our drawing styles seem to be oddly similar. He's a bit bolder than I am, I think. He's also really nice with his encouraging comments.

:iconwildfairy-suane: - An amazingly friendly artist that's always doing art for others and constantly improving her already marvelous style. She has an art style that I really have never seen before, and her coloring makes it looks other-worldly. She's also a big fan of RedWall, as am I, and has one of the few ermine characters I've seen around.

:iconsharpshooter78: - Catcher of my 6,000th pageview and a good friend of several other artists that I've befriended over the years. He has a very wry sense of humor that always seems to border on offensive, but I think he just really likes to push buttons ;) He's someone that's always interesting to talk to and has a really clear head when it comes to making judgements of folks. I'm rather glad that I met him, though I'm not glad at all that I haven't finished that kiriban image yet >_<

:iconkinsenwarriorzak: - We started watching each other awhile ago, and he's been steadily improving in art style, which shows an amazing level of skill for what is only three or four years of learning how to draw. He's been through some rough spots and seems to think that people forget him, but perhaps this will show him otherwise ;)

:icondragonkick: - We started watching each other after finding a common ally in :iconreallymightbegone:. He has a crazy, expressive style that is totally unique and completely beyond my understanding in design. I've actually sat and watched him draw on OpenCanvas, and I still don't know how he comes up with his crazy poses and color quality. His art is a testament to his strong-willed personality, as he will always do his best to overcome any obstacle with self-respect and humor.

:iconshadowind: - I have no idea how much she comes to this site anymore, but she and I go to the same school, and, take it from me, her artistic ability is breath-taking. She has the ability to work with nearly any medium and draw out the potential it has for showing off her skill at detail and her wild, natural imagery. She works very hard and I have no doubt that she's going to do something great in the world of art and design :)

:iconxxxpiffxxx: - It's almost uncanny how quickly this guy has grown in artistic ability. He's the only artist I've seen that has successfully copied the style of :iconjayaxer: for his own amusment and experimentation. ([link]) Speaking of experimentation, he's always trying to do new things with his art and his work seems to border on the uniquely personal and character-driven to the surreal.

:iconjonnyamax: - Owner of J-Toons, and definitely one of the best artists I've seen to pay hommage to the cartoons of old with his style. His art is all expressive and toony to the Max, and he somehow manages to have unique characters in an area of style that has so little representation these days. He was also the first artist to ever oC with me, and I'm quite thankful for the experience.

Well, there you have it :) If you weren't listed here and want to participate, go right ahead! Otherwise, take care all, and we'll see you in the next journal!

*SOMETHING IMPORTANT*
I'm not sure how many folks who come to my page are of a religious mindset, but I would like to ask as many of you as possible to pray for a friend of mine who is seriously suffering from depression and anxiety. I know that a lot of you have been through the same, so I truly hope that you'll find it in your hearts to express that empathy through prayer. Thank you so very much.
